Natural Tips for Healthy Hair




It is must to have healthy and lustrous hair to look your best. There are a number of home remedies right in your kitchen that can give you those healthy and long tresses. Check out the most effective home tips for healthy hair.

1. Eggs:
Egg is one of the best home remedy to get soft and silky hair.
Directions: Make a mixture of 1 tablespoon olive oil, 3 egg yolks and 2-3 drops of vitamin E oil. Leave it for 10-12 minutes and then wash your hair thoroughly with shampoo. Repeat weekly for perfect results.

2. Honey:
Honey can work wonders for your hair. It is an excellent home remedy to repair damaged hair and prevent hair fall.
Directions: Add 2-3 drops of honey to your shampoo or conditioner. Use this to wash your hair.

3. Bananas:
Bananas are simply great for healthy hair. Being rich in potassium, they help in improving the elasticity and natural health of your hair.
Directions: Mash a banana in a bowl and apply this onto your hair, starting from the root to the tip. Leave on for about 15 minutes and then wash it off with a good shampoo. This treatment helps in treating damaged and dry hair.

4. Oil Massage:
Oil massaging is the oldest and the most traditional remedy for the extra shiny and soft stresses. You can either use olive oil, coconut oil or almond oil. . Using olive oil is greatly preferred as it strengthens the roots and prevents hair breakage.
Directions: Slightly warm the oil and massage your scalp thoroughly. Leave on for one hour before washing.

5. Conditioning with Mayonnaise:
Mayonnaise not only tastes good but is healthy for your hair as well. Mayonnaise works as a superb deep conditioner for hair.
Directions: Wet your hair and apply mayonnaise. Leave on for an hour. Rinse well and shampoo.

6. Apple Cider Vinegar:
This is yet another effective home remedy for a healthy mane.
Directions: Apply a mixture consisting of equal proportions of apple cider vinegar and warm water to your tresses to give them an amazing bounce.

7. Strawberries:
These rich berries are natural hair conditioners and are excellent for luscious hair.
Directions: Mix 8 mashed strawberries to 1 tbsp of mayonnaise. Massage this mixture on your hair and let it stay for half an hour. Wash off with a good shampoo and conditioner to impart rich gloss to your hair.

8. Corn Starch:
Cornstarch makes a great dry shampoo for oily hair.
Directions: Sprinkle some dry powder onto your scalp, let it sit for 10 minutes and brush it out.

9. Tea Tree Oil:
Tea tree oil is a perfect remedy for oily hair.
Directions: Mixing a small amount of tea tree oil into your normal hair oil will provide a great relief from oily hair.

10.  Yoghurt + Olive Oil+ Honey + Egg Yolk:
These three ingredients when combined together to form a mixture work best for dry hair.

Directions: Beat an egg yolk and mix with honey, olive oil and yoghurt in equal proportions for a protein rich pack for your dry hair. Leave on for half an hour before shampooing.
